The Ethical Decision Making software application helps designers and technology practitioners to think through challenging ethical scenarios when developing products.

You will need 

Materials: Website and knowledge of the goals and players that you want to achieve

Participants: one participant

Steps: 

  1. Determine individuals and groups of stakeholders that will be impact by the outcome of your decision
  2. Determine if the action does more good or harm to those involved
  3. Determine if the action respects the dignity of the parties involved
  4. Determine if the action treats all the users equally
  5. Determine if the action gives everyone the opportunity to thrive
  6. Determine if others would approve of the action
  7. Enter a score that shows how much importance you place on the different ethical perspectives.
