Steps: (from the method website)

  1. Determine the product idea.
  2. Create a list of personas for the product, and considering the population diversity of the users.
  3. Select a particular ethical issue to focus on or examine the degree of inclusion of the product or service.
  4. Assess the potential negative impact the product or service might have on the various user categories.
